I cannot speak highly enough of Dura Group. the process of getting a DA approval can be extremely frustrating and daunting. Council rejected several of my ideas I wanted but the team at Dura Group acted incredibly quickly, giving great alternatives, revising the plans and resubmitting them within a few days. Their communication throughout the entire process was exceptional—they kept us informed every step of the way and were always available to answer questions. We have now used Dura for 2 renovation projects, most recently renovating our ensuite, and couldn't be happier with the results. Their workmanship is outstanding, communication was excellent throughout, and the team was consistently reliable and professional. They were also quick respond to any post-completion questions, which really demonstrated their commitment to customer service. We started with the first stage of our renovation with Dura Group and were blown away from the very beginning. The workmanship was exceptional, the communication was seamless, and everything was completed so efficiently and on time, it honestly exceeded all expectations. What really stood out was Mark’s communication. He answered every message and call daily without fail, and always kept me updated the night before on exactly what was happening the next day. That level of care and organisation made the whole process feel completely under control. Without hesitation, we moved into the second stage, and once again, Mark and his team absolutely delivered. Our upstairs has been completely transformed into a space that is not only beautiful, but far more elegant than we ever imagined possible. Every detail has been considered and executed to perfection. What truly sets Dura Group apart is their consistency and care. Having their own dedicated team and using the same trusted trades, like their tilers, makes such a difference and you can see the quality and pride in every aspect of the work. The finish is flawless. We couldn’t be happier with the entire experience and are already looking forward to Stage 3. We recently completed a full internal renovation with Mark and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. Patricia coordinated the CDC approval process and it was seamless and surprisingly easy. We really appreciated her help in managing that side of things and keeping everything moving smoothly. Mark brought great ideas to the layout that we hadn’t even considered, which made a huge difference to the overall design and flow of the home. The build quality is outstanding, with real care and attention to detail throughout. The new layout has completely transformed our space, it’s now more functional and perfectly suited to our family. We’re confident this renovation has turned our house into our forever home. Highly recommend Mark, Patricia and the team.
